Working with boutique builder Atkinson Pontifex, this project has been carefully oriented to harness northern light, with each home anchored by a signature face-brick spine that introduces warmth and craftsmanship through the living spaces and master suite.

Thoughtful architectural gestures define the project: first-floor planter boxes that bring greenery to the upper levels, curated window placements framing tree-canopy views, and

split-level planning shaped by the site’s natural slope to create dynamic, layered interiors beyond the standard townhouse model.

Designed for flexible and accessible living, both residences include a private lift, maximise indoor-outdoor connection, and showcase a refined coastal material palettte selected for longevity.
